Establised in 1904 it is the oldest National Park east of the Canadian Rockies. The Park conists of over 21 islands in the St. Lawrence River from Brockville to Kingston and a main visitor and administration area at Mallorytown Landing. Mainland hiking trails are being established to the east and west of Mallorytown for visitors in the future. Boating is still one of the most popular activities for the area and islands are only accessible by boat. The visitor centre at Mallorytown Landing is open seasonally and will introduce you to the rich natural and cutural history of the area.
